If the family needs assistance more quickly, they may be able to receive assistance in 7 days after applying.
Uplifting Boys to Men Food Program distributes Emergency Food Boxes, free of charge assisting families and individuals facing a crisis. Applicants will be responsible for picking up their food at the designated location. Food boxes will contain a three-day supply of nutritionally balanced, nonperishable food. Senior citizens unable to make pick up will have box delivered directly to their home. This food helps the family manage for a short period of time. All first time applicants will have to show I.D., utility bill, and proof of income. If the individual do not have proof of residency no box will be given. However this individual can still receive a care bag which includes light snacks and personal hygiene items. This is done to prevent persons from reselling food items.
